We are currently seeking Delivery Drivers for our brand-new bakery location in Chandler, Arizona. This is a part-time role with a guaranteed pay rate of $16.00 per hour and a host of appealing employee perks that underscore Insomnia Cookies’ dedication to its workforce. Delivery Drivers at Insomnia Cookies are vital team members, acting as the primary face of the company to customers outside of the bakery. As the crucial link between the store and the customer, drivers bring the "Cookie Magic" directly to the doorsteps of fans, ensuring a positive, friendly, and professional delivery experience.

Delivery Drivers are responsible for ensuring orders are accurate and meet quality standards before dispatch, then delivering cookies, milk, and ice cream within a small yet busy delivery zone. Drivers must use Insomnia’s proprietary delivery app to meet company standards, provide timely updates, and monitor deliveries to guarantee customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent organization and time management skills as well as familiarity with the local area to deliver efficiently and safely.
