Job Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role preferred
personable and genuine outgoing demeanor
customer service focused and willingness to exceed guest expectations
great communication organizational and math skills
must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes
must be 18 years or older
must be able to work nights weekends and holidays
legally eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties

Promptly greet guests and take their orders according to procedure
help customers understand menu items and answer questions
give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
bake cookies and prepare ice cream scoops
ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages
clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery
