Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service focused role is preferred
- Personable, genuine, and outgoing demeanor

Job Duties
- Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
- Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
- Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
- Bake delicious cookies to perfection and add a scoop of ice cream
- Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
- Handle cash and payments accurately and maintain no shortages or overages
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery
