The role puts you at the front line, serving as the ultimate Insomniac who delivers exceptional customer service while baking some of the best cookies around. As a Cookie Crew member, you are the point person at the store interacting with customers both in-person and over the phone, taking their orders with a warm and inviting smile. Beyond customer interaction, you’ll also engage in baking the irresistible cookies to perfection, scooping ice cream, and ensuring that delivery orders are packaged quickly, warmly, and correctly.

The position requires physical stamina to lift boxes up to 40 pounds and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
