The position of a Cookie Crew member at the USC store located at 929 W. Jefferson St., Suite 1620, Los Angeles, CA 90089 is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer experiences while working in a fast-paced and energetic environment. This role is a part-time opportunity starting at $20.00 per hour plus tips, offering flexibility in work schedules that suit various lifestyles and commitments. As a member of the Cookie Crew, you will be the frontline ambassador representing the warmth and quality of Insomnia Cookies to every guest entering the store.

The role involves a dual focus on friendly customer interaction and baking. Members are responsible for promptly greeting guests, accurately taking their orders, helping explain menu items, and ensuring that customers leave with a warm and memorable experience both in person and over the phone. Moreover, each Cookie Crew member takes pride in baking the signature warm and delicious cookies to perfection, sometimes paired with a scoop of ice cream, ensuring every product meets the brand’s high-quality standards. Handling cash transactions accurately and maintaining a clean and sanitized bakery environment further contribute to the store’s smooth operation.
