- At least 6 months prior work experience as a cook in a full-service restaurant
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience in practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
- Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Food Handlers Card
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and a team player mentality

Job Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle food preparation in a timely manner to meet service demands
