Job Requirements

  • At least six months prior work experience as a cook in a full-service restaurant
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Experience in practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
  • Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Handlers Card
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude and a team player mentality

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to Market Broiler recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
  • Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient service
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
  • Support inventory management by reporting low stock or spoiled items
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed
