Job Requirements
- At least six months prior work experience as a cook in a full-service restaurant
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Experience in practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
- Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Food Handlers Card
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and a team player mentality

Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to Market Broiler recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
- Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient service
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
- Support inventory management by reporting low stock or spoiled items
- Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed
