Epic is a nationally recognized leader in healthcare software, known for its innovative approach to creating comprehensive solutions that enhance the quality of care for patients worldwide. Based near Madison, Wisconsin, Epic operates a uniquely themed campus designed to foster creativity and productivity, offering employees an inspiring work environment that ranges from formal office spaces to comfortable fireplace lounges. The company prides itself on its collaborative culture, where talented professionals from diverse backgrounds come together to push the boundaries of technology and service excellence. Joining Epic means becoming part of a team that values inclusivity, diversity, and continuous personal and professional growth. Employees are supported with a full benefits package, including zero co-pay health insurance, dental and vision coverage, generous paid time off, and much more. Additionally, after five years of service, team members earn a four-week sabbatical, allowing them to explore personal passions and world travel.
This opportunity is for a culinary professional to join Epic's dining services team at their campus located just outside Madison, WI. This role requires relocation to the area, with financial assistance available to help facilitate the move. As a culinary team member, you will collaborate with other skilled chefs to craft and prepare scratch-made dishes designed to delight and nourish a diverse workforce. Epic’s menus are ever-changing, encouraging creativity and innovation by offering chefs the freedom to explore new ideas, reinvent classic recipes, and develop new sustainable, healthy options. The position offers the chance to gain experience across various culinary disciplines—whether rolling sushi, catering large events, or exploring different venues and kitchen equipment within the campus environment.
Working Monday through Friday daytime hours, typically from 7 am to 3 pm, this position balances a competitive pay rate starting at $25.00 per hour with eligibility for annual raises and bonuses that reflect your impact. Epic’s commitment to employee wellness includes comprehensive healthcare coverage and a supportive culture that values personal achievement and team collaboration. Living in Madison offers an affordable and vibrant lifestyle in a city recognized for its rapid growth in tech talent, environmental friendliness, fitness culture, and opportunities for young professionals. Joining Epic’s culinary team means more than just preparing food—it means contributing to a dynamic workplace that values your creativity, offers new challenges daily, and supports your professional development in a welcoming and inclusive setting.
