Job Requirements

  • 3+ years cooking in a professional kitchen and/or a culinary arts degree
  • fine dining large-volume experience is a plus
  • eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
  • live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
  • COVID-19 vaccination

  • culinary arts degree preferred
  • experience in fine dining or large-volume kitchens is a plus
  • strong creativity and innovation in menu development
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • excellent time management skills
  • knowledge of health and safety standards in food preparation

Job Duties

  • compose and prepare scratch made dishes
  • develop new dishes and recipes
  • provide healthy and sustainable meal options
  • maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • manage daily kitchen operations independently
  • collaborate with catering events
  • rotate between different culinary venues
