The Pastry Cook will be responsible for preparing both scratch and convenience bakery items, applying advanced culinary techniques to deliver exceptional desserts and baked goods that support our diverse menu and special events. The ability to accurately complete production records and taste food items to guarantee consistency is essential. The Pastry Cook position also demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand and walk continuously and occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds. Working as part of a cohesive team is vital to maintaining smooth kitchen operations and delivering excellent service.

- Provides quality menu items and food products through our company recipe and presentation standards
- Tastes food items to assure they meet our standards
- Accurately completes production records
- Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in our commercial production kitchen
