Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. This role is pivotal in crafting exceptional bakery items that align with our made-from-scratch philosophy and enhance our menu offerings. The successful candidate will possess strong culinary knowledge, especially in bakery preparation, and demonstrate expertise in creating beautiful and delicious desserts and pastries. A key aspect of this position includes the ability to use a pastry bag for decorating cakes and desserts, supporting our menu and special event requirements.

The Pastry Chef will maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all products are stored, labeled, and rotated according to our strict quality standards to guarantee freshness and safety. Attention to detail is essential, as the role demands tasting food items to ensure they meet our standards and accurately completing production records. Following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines within our commercial production kitchen is mandatory to protect both staff and customers.

This position requires a customer-first mindset, as providing excellent food quality and service is the heart of our mission. The ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain professionalism during busy periods is crucial. Physical demands include occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of items up to 40 pounds, alongside constant standing and walking during shifts.
