Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
- ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

- experience in restaurant with fast casual or full service experience
- experience prepping recipes
- ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time

Job Duties
- adhere to the daily needs for the Bistro including stocking supplies maintaining cleanliness ensuring safety of kitchen
- maintain LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness including sweeping mopping cleaning kitchen equipment washing dishes
- manage the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations
- follow recipes to ensure consistency freshness and quality of ingredients while preparing food
