Beyond salary, Sunrise Senior Living provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans. The company also supports employees with retirement savings options, employee assistance and discount programs, paid time off, sick leave, and holiday pay. Additionally, innovative benefits like myFlexPay allow team members to receive pay shortly after shifts, and tuition reimbursement supports long-term career development.

Sunrise Senior Living emphasizes a supportive work environment where employees can find deep fulfillment in their roles by positively impacting the lives of seniors and their families. The organization prioritizes health and safety, requiring drug testing, tuberculosis screening, physical evaluations, and background checks for all employees. Compliance with COVID-19 and influenza vaccination mandates is enforced as per applicable federal, state, or local laws.
