Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- ability to remain stationary and move efficiently for up to four hours
- capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in hot and damp conditions
- ability to use hand dexterity with small tools
- willingness to wear protective gear and face coverings
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking or kitchen experience is a plus
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- team player mindset
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to Applebee's standards
- communicate effectively with team members and dining staff
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area
