Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Commitment to making an impact
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Capability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in hot and damp environments
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols including wearing protective coverings and frequent hand washing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or fast food environment is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Commitment to delivering quality food and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to Applebee's recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
- Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines including wearing protective gear
- Assist in inventory and stock management
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all food safety regulations and protocols
