Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively
- physical ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work in hot and damp conditions
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- commitment to health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking or kitchen experience is an advantage
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to follow recipes and company standards
- commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Job Duties
- prepare menu items according to company recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist in inventory management and stock control
- support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- comply with health and safety regulations
