Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in hot environments
- ability to wear protective gear throughout the shift
- available to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- commitment to a safe and hygienic work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to Applebee's recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- monitor food quality and presentation
- communicate effectively with team members and dining staff
- follow all health and safety regulations
- assist in stock management and inventory control
- operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
