Your daily duties will include setting up your workstation with all necessary ingredients and equipment, preparing ingredients through measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling, as well as using various cooking methods such as baking, roasting, broiling, steaming, and sautéing. You will operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, from ovens and stoves to slicers and mixers. Additionally, you will be responsible for arranging, garnishing, and portioning food according to established guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and utensils, and following all safety protocols established by Aramark.
