In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of foods according to standardized recipes while maintaining high safety and sanitation standards. Duties include setting up your workstation with necessary ingredients and equipment, preparing ingredients by measuring, chopping, and mixing, as well as utilizing various utensils and cooking equipment such as ovens, stoves, and mixers. Cooking methods you will employ include baking, roasting, broiling, steaming, and more, applied to meats, vegetables, and other foods. You will also be tasked with arranging, garnishing, and portioning food appropriately, properly storing items according to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

As a valued member of the Aramark culinary team, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor toward guests, coworkers, and clients. The job may require physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of standing or walking. Personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms may also be required.

Job Qualifications
