Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a food preparation role preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
  • ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • capacity to use kitchen tools and equipment safely
  • willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with deli station preferred
  • ability to prepare food according to recipes
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • willingness to attend training and safety meetings

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • serve meals or prepare for delivery using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the correct temperature
  • taste all prepared food items
  • clean kitchen after preparation and serving maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • store or discard excess food according to safe food-handling procedures
  • operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
  • assist in production planning, record keeping, ordering and receiving food and supplies
