Peter Piper Pizza is a vibrant family dining and entertainment restaurant that embodies the spirit of fun, food, and family. As part of CEC Entertainment, LLC, a leader in family dining and entertainment headquartered in Irving, Texas, Peter Piper Pizza embraces a culture that is dedicated to making every guest visit memorable. CEC Entertainment is recognized nationally for operating iconic brands such as Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Chuck's Arcade, providing joyful experiences that combine quality food with engaging entertainment. The company places a strong emphasis on safety, community support, and employee well-being, evident through programs like Kid Check and charitable contributions exceeding $24 million to schools and nonprofits. These efforts have garnered awards such as "Best in STEM" and recognition as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces, underscoring their commitment to innovation and a supportive workplace culture.
Peter Piper Pizza offers a neighborhood pizzeria experience designed to bring families and communities together through quality food, lively entertainment, and lasting memories. The brand's philosophy, "The Fun is Baked In," highlights how fun is an essential ingredient in everything they do, not just an extra feature. The restaurants support physical wellness and motor skill development in children through various play attractions, making them a hub for family enjoyment.
Now hiring for the Grand Opening Team, Peter Piper Pizza is seeking motivated Cooks who are passionate about helping to feed the fun. This hourly position focuses on preparing customer orders and assisting with food prep in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Team members thrive in a collaborative atmosphere where everyone works hard to ensure every guest leaves happy. The role also provides an opportunity to learn comprehensive restaurant operations, including guest service and cash handling, encouraging team member growth and internal advancement. Notably, 70% of the management team has been promoted from within, reflecting the company’s dedication to fostering career development.
Peter Piper Pizza offers its employees a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, which gives team members access to their earned wages without having to wait for the traditional paycheck cycle. This innovative approach supports financial flexibility and convenience for employees.
Safety and health are paramount at Peter Piper Pizza, with rigorous health and sanitation standards in place that meet or exceed local requirements to protect guests and employees alike. The company is also committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal employment opportunities regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected class. Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
This role is ideal for individuals who are at least eighteen years of age, physically capable of lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, and legally authorized to work in the United States. Cooks will be primarily based in the back of house, handling dough rollout, make table, and prep stations to ensure efficient and quality food preparation. By joining Peter Piper Pizza, team members become part of a company that values growth, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every day.
