We are currently seeking a motivated Cook Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional looking to further enhance their management skills in a hands-on role. The Cook Supervisor will have the unique opportunity to rotate through both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities, gaining comprehensive insights into all facets of food service management. The position involves overseeing high-volume food service operations, leading enthusiastic teams, and maintaining rigorous food safety and brand standards. Daily duties include supervising opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures across various stations including kitchen, server, and retail. The successful candidate will lead shift huddles designed to motivate staff and improve operational efficiency, monitor sales and labor costs, and assist with inventory and ordering plans.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant, retail, hospitality, or a similar guest-service role

Job Duties
