Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of cooking experience in a high volume setting
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Ability to follow food safety and handling procedures
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen and driving tasks
  • Willingness to work full-time remotely as required

Job Qualifications

  • Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
  • Ability to use a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
  • High-level product knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A valid state driver’s license
  • Experience of at least one year in a high volume establishment with an emphasis on cooking from scratch
  • Food Handler’s certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Performing food preparation and production tasks while following recipes and safe food handling policies and procedures
  • Ensuring proper portion and temperature control and proper storage of leftover food
  • Loading and transporting food products from one location to another according to an assigned schedule
  • Using a variety of kitchen equipment and tools efficiently
  • Identifying and differentiating food items accurately
  • Providing friendly and helpful customer service
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen and during transport
