Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment
- thorough knowledge of culinary methods and sanitation standards
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience supervising a team
- food handlers certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least one years’ prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
- complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
- excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks at once
- high-level product knowledge
