The compensation offered is $26.00 per hour, reflecting the significance and responsibility of the role within the corrections segment.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of prior culinary experience in high-volume, quality-focused establishments and have experience supervising a team. Knowledge of food handling and safety certifications are a plus, enhancing the candidate's ability to contribute effectively from day one. Being part of the Summit team means working in a dynamic environment where culinary skills meet service and leadership, all while supporting an impactful and socially important mission. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, voluntary insurance options, commuter benefits, 401k plan, paid time off, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and employee assistance programs, making this an attractive employment opportunity for qualified culinary professionals seeking to advance their careers in a stable and meaningful setting.
