Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one years prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment
- Knowledge of culinary methods, techniques and standards
- Ability to perform multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in team supervision
- Food Handlers certification preferred

Job Duties
- Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
- Ensuring meal services begin on time
- Ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
- Supervising kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and adherence to established standards
- Coordinating work schedules and tasks to optimize kitchen operations
- Monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Managing inventory and kitchen supplies as needed
