Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to established guidelines
- serve and distribute meals in a timely manner
- operate in various kitchen areas including tray line, dish room, cafeteria, and storeroom
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in food preparation areas
- interact professionally with facility population and team members
- adhere to all correctional facility protocols and food safety regulations
- participate in additional duties as assigned by management
