Job Duties
- Oversee opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures for kitchen, server, and retail stations
- Maintain food safety standards and brand integrity by conducting line checks and completing HACCP documentation
- Lead shift huddles and provide real-time feedback to promote a positive team environment and drive productivity
- Monitor sales, labor, and food costs
- assist with developing weekly inventory and ordering plans
- Support on-campus marketing events and foster community partnerships
