Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operational procedures, maintaining food safety standards, conducting line checks and HACCP documentation, leading team huddles, monitoring sales and food costs, and supporting marketing and community partnership initiatives.   • Ability to analyze operational data to improve efficiency and guest experience
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Oversee opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures for kitchen, server, and retail stations
  • Maintain food safety standards and brand integrity by conducting line checks and completing HACCP documentation
  • Lead shift huddles and provide real-time feedback to promote a positive team environment and drive productivity
  • Monitor sales, labor, and food costs
  • assist with developing weekly inventory and ordering plans
  • Support on-campus marketing events and foster community partnerships
