Job Requirements

  • Experience supervising multiple employees
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
  • Ability to work onsite full-time

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals
  • Following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
  • Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
  • Supervising multiple employees during meal production and service
  • Maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Coordinating staff schedules and task assignments
  • Reporting and documenting operational activities and incidents
