This full-time, onsite position entails supervising kitchen employees to maintain high standards of food preparation, safety, and service. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating meal services to ensure food quality, timely delivery, and adherence to established culinary procedures. As a Cook Supervisor, you will be responsible for instructing and training kitchen staff in proper food service and sanitation techniques, ensuring that every meal served meets the expectations for portion size, appearance, and temperature. The position demands excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask efficiently, and expertise in culinary processes with an emphasis on scratch cooking.\n\nThis role is instrumental to maintaining operational excellence within the facility’s foodservice department, supporting the safety and wellbeing of both staff and inmates through superior food management. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one years' culinary experience in a high volume establishment focusing on scratch cooking
- complete knowledge of culinary methods and standards
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- ability to supervise kitchen staff effectively
- excellent attention to detail
- effective communication and leadership abilities

Job Duties
