We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Cook to join the kitchen staff at our Hudson, Wisconsin location servicing a correctional facility. This part-time, onsite position offers an engaging opportunity to work in a fast-paced, efficient environment where you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals using scratch-cooking methods. The role demands a passionate individual who values precision, consistency, and creativity in food preparation and presentation. As a Cook with Summit, you will work closely with a team dedicated to maintaining excellent quality and portion control, adhering strictly to safe food handling policies, and ensuring the proper storage of food.
The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume kitchen setting and demonstrates a working knowledge of culinary methods and techniques. Additionally, this role requires proficiency in the operation of various kitchen equipment and tools and an ability to differentiate food items accurately.
