Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment
- knowledge of proper culinary methods and standards
- ability to train and supervise employees
- excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
- experience working in a fast-paced environment
- authorization to work in the United States

- At least one year prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment emphasizing scratch cooking
- complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
- excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- experience supervising a team
- high-level product knowledge and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
- ensuring meal services begin on time
- ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
- supervising kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and adherence to standards
- monitoring food preparation to comply with safety and hygiene regulations
- managing inventory and supplies to prevent shortages
- handling team scheduling and task assignments
