Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple kitchen employees to maintain efficient workflow and compliance with safety regulations
- Training and mentoring food service staff on best practices and safety procedures
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with procurement to ensure adequate supplies
- Enforcing food safety and hygiene policies strictly in compliance with relevant regulations
- Collaborating with facility management to meet operational requirements and reporting progress
