The role of Food Service Supervisor at Summit’s correctional facility in Covington, Louisiana, is a full-time, onsite position offering a competitive wage of $20.00 per hour. This role requires an experienced, motivated individual to oversee the preparation and service of meals within a correctional setting, ensuring strict adherence to company recipes, quality standards, and operational protocols. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will have hands-on supervisory responsibilities, leading multiple employees in the kitchen to produce meals that meet contractual and quality guidelines.
