Job Duties

  • Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
  • Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
  • Supervising multiple kitchen employees to maintain efficient workflow and compliance with safety regulations
  • Training and mentoring food service staff on best practices and safety procedures
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with procurement to ensure adequate supplies
  • Enforcing food safety and hygiene policies strictly in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborating with facility management to meet operational requirements and reporting progress
