This full-time, onsite Utility Worker role is based in Cleveland, Ohio, within a correctional facility kitchen operated under the Summit brand. The position involves a variety of responsibilities focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen and dining environment. As a Utility Worker, you will oversee sanitation operations and coordinate tasks to ensure the facility upholds the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Daily tasks include caring for floors and table areas, restocking supplies, waste removal and disposal, receiving and stocking inventory, and cleaning various kitchen equipment and utensils. This role is integral to meal service operations, supporting the overall foodservice team by ensuring the environment is well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Candidates for this position must be capable of working independently as well as part of a team, demonstrate sound judgment, and adhere to safe operating procedures. Prior experience in foodservice or maintenance roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
