Job Requirements

  • valid state driver’s license for the vehicle used for transport
  • at least one year's experience in a high volume establishment emphasizing cooking from scratch
  • ability to follow recipes and safe food handling policies
  • ability to safely operate kitchen equipment and tools
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to load and transport food products safely according to schedules

Job Qualifications

  • complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
  • ability to use a variety of kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items
  • high-level product knowledge and ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service
  • excellent attention to detail
  • valid state driver’s license for the vehicle used for transport
  • at least one year's experience in a high volume establishment with an emphasis on cooking from scratch
  • food handler’s certification (preferred)

Job Duties

  • performing food preparation and production tasks while following recipes and safe food handling policies and procedures
  • ensuring proper portion and temperature control and proper storage of leftover food
  • loading and transporting food products from one location to another according to an assigned schedule
  • using a variety of kitchen equipment and tools effectively
  • maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in all food preparation areas
  • providing friendly and helpful customer service
  • adhering to all transportation and safety regulations while driving
