This full-time, onsite Cook position at Summit's Hastings, Minnesota location is an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. As a Cook in Summit's corrections division, your primary responsibilities will include managing food quality and portion control, preparing meals from scratch following established recipes and health standards, creatively presenting food, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
