Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of culinary experience in a high volume establishment
  • knowledge of culinary methods and safety standards
  • ability to train and supervise employees
  • good communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Food Handlers certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • At least one years' prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment with scratch cooking emphasis
  • complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
