Job Requirements

At least one years prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment
complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks at once
experience supervising a team
Food Handlers certification preferred

Job Qualifications

knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
excellent attention to detail

experience in supervising a team
strong customer service skills

Job Duties

Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
ensuring meal services begin on time
ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
supervising a team of culinary staff
maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
managing kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
coordinating meal preparation and delivery schedules
