Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Inventory management experience
  • Proven track record of financial responsibility
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Actively supervise the sales process
  • Supervise and direct inmate labor where applicable
  • Accurately report financial results per company protocol
  • Accurately maintain proper inventory levels
  • Source products and manage the product mix while reducing product costs
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with the client, commissary partners and the location Food Service Director, ensuring effective and efficient communication and operations
  • Implement and support all Company standards and initiatives
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Company Vision, Mission and Goals
