Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Inventory management experience
- Proven track record of financial responsibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills

- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Job Duties
- Actively supervise the sales process
- Supervise and direct inmate labor where applicable
- Accurately report financial results per company protocol
- Accurately maintain proper inventory levels
- Source products and manage the product mix while reducing product costs
- Develop and maintain successful relationships with the client, commissary partners and the location Food Service Director, ensuring effective and efficient communication and operations
- Implement and support all Company standards and initiatives
- Demonstrate an understanding of Company Vision, Mission and Goals
