Job Requirements

  • No experience required - willing to train
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
  • Willingness to work full-time onsite
  • Ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be able to adhere to food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Food Handlers certification preferred
  • High-level product knowledge

Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • Ensuring meal services begin on time
  • Ensuring portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
  • Supervising kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and compliance with standards
  • Coordinating workflow to meet high-volume meal demands
  • Overseeing sanitation and safety compliance
  • Maintaining proper culinary methods and techniques
