Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain
experience cooking for large groups preferred
experience supervising kitchen staff preferred
ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
strong organizational and leadership skills
willingness to undergo on the job training if no prior experience

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent or education or experience in food management and preparation preferred
ServSafe Certificate or willingness to obtain certification through provided training
experience in supervision of personnel preferred
experience cooking a variety of food in large quantities preferred
no prior experience may be eligible for training on the job
