Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of culinary experience in a high volume or quality food service setting
  • Prior experience in supervising a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to train and instruct employees
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • At least one years’ prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
  • Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks at once
  • High-level product knowledge
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service
  • Food Handlers certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • Ensuring meal services begin on time
  • Ensuring portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
  • Supervising kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and adherence to standards
  • Overseeing compliance with food safety regulations
  • Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Supporting employee development and team coordination
