The Cook Supervisor position at the Fiserv location in Lincoln, Nebraska, provides an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that values teamwork, customer service, and operational excellence. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 2:00 pm, catering to various lifestyle needs. As a Cook Supervisor, you will directly oversee food-service associates, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety laws. You will also handle inventory control by advising management on purchasing needs to minimize waste and prevent shortages, maintaining food quality using approved recipes, and ensuring proper portion control.

Your active presence during meal periods to serve meals and gather customer feedback is essential to delivering an exceptional dining experience. Beyond these primary tasks, the Cook Supervisor will perform other duties as assigned to support smooth kitchen operations.
