Job Requirements

  • Professional and outgoing manner
  • 2+ years of culinary experience
  • ability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment pertaining to a three-meal period
  • handle high-volume productions related to frying, carving, and steaming of meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and poultry
  • must be able to work a fryer, broiler, and flat grill and able to prep, side work, clean, stock, and communicate well
  • assure all health department regulations are met
  • must have a valid health card

  • At least 2 years of culinary experience
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • proficient in operating fryer, broiler, and flat grill
  • capable of handling high-volume food production
