This role focuses on preparing fresh food items daily with precision and care, ensuring that each dish meets the high standards expected by Taziki's customers. Employees will be responsible for setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies, acquiring comprehensive menu and product knowledge, processing orders efficiently, and managing catering requests. Proper food handling and storage, adherence to hygiene and health department regulations, and maintaining cleanliness across kitchen, dish wash, and prep areas are critical components of the daily responsibilities.

The position also includes training and certification requirements through the companys training platform, empowering employees to grow their skills and knowledge within the kitchen team. The role demands the ability to operate various kitchen equipment such as flattop grills, char grills, ovens, slicers, mixers, and food processors, as well as performing physical tasks like prolonged standing and lifting up to 30 pounds.
