Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of culinary/kitchen experience, preferably in a high-volume establishment
- Working knowledge of executing recipes
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, sometimes repeatedly
- Regular walking and standing for long periods, up to 11 hours a day
- Ability to interface with computer systems with precision
- Ability to handle kitchen and service equipment

Job Duties
- Follows recipes to timely fill food orders of consistent taste, quality, and presentation
- Prepares and sets up food for all stations according to par sheet specifications
- Provides feedback to kitchen management about the effectiveness of existing pars
- Supports kitchen management's attempts to control food costs by proper rotating, storing, labeling, and preparing of all food
- Maintains awareness of kitchen equipment, food levels, etc., and advises kitchen management of any potential for concern or outage
- Fosters positive working relationships and good communication within the kitchen team and other restaurant teams
- Enforces and adheres to all safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring that all checklists are completed within prescribed timeframes
