  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Maintains regular and predictable attendance
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare quality food that tastes great and is consistent from day to day
  • Follow Wingstop operational standards and product preparation guidelines
  • Maintain proper personal hygiene and sanitation procedures
  • Handle orders and guest inquiries with a positive attitude
  • Notify management immediately of guest issues or complaints
  • Work well with team members and support the Wingstop Team
  • Follow safe food handling and cooking procedures
  • Accurately portion and cook Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, Boneless Strips, and fries
  • Sauce, season, and package orders according to Wingstop standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the restaurant
  • Filter and freshen fryer shortening daily following safety procedures
  • Use chemical cleaning products properly and safely
  • Open and/or close the restaurant as required
  • Assist other positions when necessary
  • Resolve low-level guest issues efficiently and with a positive attitude
