Job Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred
1-3 years of food preparation experience
ISDOH approved certification of Food Handler under Title 410 IAC 7-22 may be required
ServSafe Certification preferred
ability to work 32 hours per week on evening shift
ability to follow safety and hygiene regulations

Job Qualifications

knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
ability to follow detailed production instructions
good communication skills
ability to work effectively in a team environment
ServSafe Certification preferred

Job Duties

Prepare regular and therapeutic diets
prepare hot and cold food items for retail, patient, and catering services
assemble food items according to production sheets
follow direction from the Chef, Lead, Manager, or Supervisor
comply with food safety and hygiene standards
maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas
assist with inventory management and food stock replenishment
