Delaware North Sportservice is currently seeking a seasonal Cook to join the team at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland, Florida. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about culinary arts and eager to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment. The Cook role involves preparing food and beverage products according to recipe guidelines, maintaining kitchen equipment and workstations, and collaborating closely with team members and management to deliver outstanding dining experiences. The Cook will have a variety of responsibilities, including following supervisors' assignments for food production, adhering to sanitation and preparation standards, setting up and cleaning kitchen equipment, and supporting opening and closing procedures. This role demands attention to detail, basic math skills for recipe measurements, and the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team. Physical demands include lifting up to 20 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in environments with variable temperatures. Job Requirements
