Job Requirements
- Must be able to read and write
- basic knowledge of modified diets and patient serving line process
- ability to follow menus and verbal and written instructions
- able to cook for large volumes (425 meals a day)
- minimum 2 years hospital cooking experience
- food handlers/safety certification within 30 days of employment
- nonviolent crisis intervention certification within 30 days of employment
